What phones does escusi work on?

How many NFC tags do I need?

One tag per table or room. We recommend placing one tag in a visible spot — like the corner of each table or on each nightstand. You can order tags directly from your admin dashboard at $2 each, plus shipping.

Can I use non-escusi NFC tags?

No. escusi only works with official escusi NFC tags, which you can order directly from your admin dashboard. This ensures every tag is correctly configured and linked to your venue.

How long does setup take?

Less than 10 minutes. Sign up, add your venue and tables, invite your staff, and place the NFC tags. You're ready to go.

When does billing start?

You're not charged until escusi goes live for you. After you sign up and your tags ship, billing only begins when your venue receives its first service request — so you never pay for setup or shipping time. After that it's $2.99/month, and you can cancel anytime.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard with one click. No fees, no questions asked. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
